Do I need to come in often to use the membership?

Not at all. Many of our Virtual Members work from home full-time. The address and mail handling are there when you need them. You’re also welcome to book a desk or meeting room whenever it suits—there’s no pressure to show up unless it helps you.

Can I use the address for my Google Business Profile?

Yes, absolutely. This is one of the biggest benefits of the virtual membership. You’ll get a verified street address that allows you to appear in local Google search results—great for building trust and attracting nearby clients.

What happens to my mail?

We’ll receive your business mail and let you know when something arrives. You can pick it up, or we can forward it to you—whatever’s easier. If you’re waiting on something urgent, we’ll give you a heads-up right away.

Is there a lock-in contract or cancellation fee?

Nope. It’s a simple month-to-month setup. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice. We don’t believe in locking people into things they no longer need.

Can I use this for local tenders or grant applications?

Yes, many of our members use their Business Station virtual address to meet location requirements for tenders and regional funding programs. It’s a flexible and affordable way to tick that box without needing a physical office.
